The Lost Treasure of El Capitan

It was said that when Julio "El Capitan" Baltierra killed the dread Calavero, he dedicated the kill to his beloved Teresa. With his final breath, Calavero pronounced a curse on El Capitan, saying "So Teresa is your greatest treasure? As you see her, so shall the world." When El Capitan returned home, he found that a mound of treasure lay on his wife's side of their bed: her golden skin became coins, her green eyes sparkling emeralds, and her heart a brilliant diamond. Driven mad with grief, El Capitan deserted the Spanish Armada and sailed around the world for a cure.
